Build Ezi is a cloud-based construction project management platform designed for small to medium construction businesses in Australia. The platform includes tools for project management, task scheduling, timesheets, quoting, variations, document storage, client communications, WHS compliance, reporting, and role-based access controls.

We operate from Queensland, Australia. Our website is www.buildezi.com.

2 Who Can Use Build Ezi

You can use Build Ezi if you:

• Are at least 18 years old
• Are using the Service for legitimate business purposes
• Are authorised to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of your business
• Have provided accurate registration information

3 Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure. Do not share your password with anyone who should not have access. If you think your account has been compromised, contact us at info@buildezi.com immediately.

4 Subscription and Pricing

4.1 Current Pricing

The Service is currently offered at AUD $163.40 per month (inclusive of GST where applicable). This is beta pricing and subject to change with 30 days notice.

4.2 Auto-Renewal

Your subscription automatically renews each month unless you cancel before the billing date. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your nominated payment method on each renewal date.

4.3 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will notify you and give you 7 days to update your payment details. If payment is not resolved within 7 days, your account may be suspended. If unresolved within 30 days, your account may be terminated.

6 Cancellation

You can cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting info@buildezi.com. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds for unused days.

7 Refund Policy

7.1 Free Trial

No charges apply during the 30-day free trial. If you cancel during the trial, you owe nothing.

7.2 7-Day Satisfaction Window

7.3 After 7 Days

After the 7-day window, subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the billing period.

8 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes. You must not:

• Use the Service to store or transmit illegal content
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform
• Resell or sublicence access without written permission
• Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code

9 Your Data

All data you upload or create in Build Ezi belongs to you. We do not claim ownership over your business data. We do not sell your data to third parties. You can export your data at any time. On account termination, data is retained for 30 days then deleted.

10 Intellectual Property

The Build Ezi platform is owned by BUILD EZI AU PTY LTD and protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. Your subscription gives you a licence to use the platform for your business only.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss or damage. Our total liability in any calendar month is limited to the amount you paid us in that month.

12 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
