The data we collect automatically
We collect the below data automatically through Cookies and other software (described below):
Usage Data: Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. Usage Data may include information such as the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages and other diagnostic data.
Device Data: This refers to data collected about your Device, including your Device type, the IP Address, operating system, browser type, browser version and other Device identifiers. We collect this data automatically when you access the Website and App.
Transaction Data: If you subscribe to use the Service, we will collect the details of your transaction, which may include your details, plan subscribed to and related data.
The data we collect from third-party sources
The App provides you with a feature that allows you to create an Account using Facebook or Google plugins. When you use any of these plugins to create an Account or sign in to use the Services, we will obtain the data you have on the applicable social media platform (subject to your permission settings) to register or sign you in for the Services.
Your permissions
With your consent and permission, we may request access to certain features on your Device. This may include, without limitation, access to your push notifications and gallery. We require access to enable us to send you notices about your schedules, messages and tasks, and to enable you to import files, such as profile photos, into the App.

We use Cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on the Service and store certain information. Tracking technologies used are Cookies, beacons, tags, and scripts, and we use them to collect and track information and improve and analyze our Service. The technologies we use may include:

Third-party software
We use Google Analytics, a third-party analytics gathering tool, that allows us to gather Usage Data. Google Analytics enables us to generate leads by tracking individuals who click on our adverts on third-party platforms. We then use this Data to identify how our marketing campaigns are doing. Please, note that the Usage Data collected does not reveal Personal Data, such as your name, email address or photo. The data collected is anonymous.
Our use of Personal Data
The Company may use the data collected from you for the following purposes:
To provide and maintain our Service, including to allow you manage your work, create work documents, schedule tasks, interact with your employees and clients and perform other actions that are available through the App.
To manage your Account, including managing your registration as a user of the Service. The Personal Data you provide can give you access to different functionalities of the Service that are available to you as a registered user.
To process your subscription: We will use the payment method information you submit to us via the App to process your subscription for our Service. Note that your payment method information is merely used by our payment processing Service Provider to process your subscription. They do not use it for any other purposes.
For the performance of a contract, including for the development, compliance and undertaking of the purchase contract for the Services you have purchased or of any other contract with us through the Service.
To contact you and provide support services, including to contact you with administrative notices, such as changes to our Service or this Privacy Policy, and to respond to your questions, queries, complaints and enquiries via email, telephone calls, SMS, or other equivalent forms of electronic communication.
To send marketing messages, including sending you news about offers and information about offers on products and services we think match your interest via your email address, SMS or the App’s push notification.
For business transfers: We may use your data to evaluate or conduct a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution or other sale or transfer of some or all of our assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation or similar proceeding, in which Personal Data held by us about our Service users is among the assets transferred.
To enforce our agreements and comply with laws: We may collect Device Data monitor violations of our agreements and enforce our rights in the event you breach them. We may also collect your data, such as details about your subscription, to comply with applicable laws and legal obligations (for example, where we are required as an entity to keep records).
For other purposes: We may use your data for other purposes, such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns and evaluating and improving our Service, products, marketing and your experience.
Our sharing of Personal Data

With Service Providers: We may share your Personal Data with Service Providers to perform the service we hire them for (for example, we will share your PayPal email address with PayPal to enable them to process your payments).

The Company may also disclose Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (i) comply with a legal obligation, (ii) protect and defend the rights and property of the Company or those of other users or third parties, (iii) prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with our Service, and (iv) protect against legal liability.

How we market with your data
Marketing emails
When you submit your data on the Website, you are subscribing to receive marketing notices about the App and other products from us. We will send marketing notices to your email address for as long as you are subscribed. If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving marketing notices from us, you can use the unsubscribing instructions provided at the bottom of any email you receive from us.
Please, note that when you unsubscribe from receiving marketing emails, it does not apply to administrative messages, such as changes to our Service or updates regarding your account.
Personalised or targeted advertising
The data we collect through the third-party software and tools above is shared with third-party marketing agencies (such as Facebook, Instagram and Google) which they then use to launch adverts that target you and individuals with matching preferences.

The retention of Personal Data
The Company will retain Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies. The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

The right to delete your data: You may reach out to us to have your data deleted from our Service. This data may include your email address, name and other data you submit to us via the Website or App. Please, use the “Delete Account” button on the App or contact us via “Support” on the Website.
The right to withdraw your consent and permissions: Where you have given us consent to use your data, you may withdraw your consent at any time. Likewise, you may, at any time, withdraw the permissions you have given us. For example, you may restrict us from accessing your Device gallery by using the settings area of the applicable Device. However, be aware that withdrawing your consent and permissions automatically limits your ability to use certain features on the App.
Children’s Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers. If we need to rely on consent as a legal basis for processing your information and your country requires consent from a parent, we may require your parent’s consent before we collect and use that information.
